＜略歴＞

鳥取生まれ、東京育ち。8歳から12歳までをカリフォルニア州ロスアンゼルスにて過ごす。帰国子女受け入れのモデル校に指定されていた文京区の公立中学校へ編入。青山学院高等部、青山学院大学文学部心理学科にて学び、就職。

2013年、結婚妊娠を機に、人口4000人の群馬県片品村へ拠点を移す。2歳、9歳、11歳の三兄弟の母。

＜職務経歴＞

2005年4月～2008年7月／正社員Reed Exhibitions Japan（現RX Japan）に新卒入社し、主に海外出展企業サポート及び展示会海外広報業務に携わる。
2008年9月～2010年8月／正社員デザインディレクション事務所である株式会社t.c.k.w にて、サブプランナー／アシスタントディレクターとして各種プロジェクトに参画。
2010年8月～2011年6月／正社員株式会社エル・エス・ピーの創業メンバーとして参画し、スイス・ドイツの文具やキッチンツールのマーケティング及び、グループ企業やシェアホルダーの事業を一部担いながら、新たな顧客を獲得する際のアシスタントディレクターとして各種プロジェクトに関わる。
2011年8月～2015年6月／正社員高岡銅器の鋳物メーカーである株式会社能作にて、本社-直営店-海外関連業務を流動的かつ包括的に担う。工場と連携した5S、社長の秘書業務、社内情報共有の仕組み構築、組織図の前段となる役割分担表の導入、HPやカタログ等の制作管理、東京オフィスの立ち上げから店長業務、スタッフ採用～教育に従事。東京エリア統括として、3店舗の管理を行う。海外業務として制作物を英語化し、海外の展示会出張含め営業・広報・リレーション構築を責任者として担当。海外パートナーやデザイナーとのオリジナルデザインでの商品制作管理や、海外でのイベント等も自発的に企画。
2015年7月～個人事業主として登記し、株式会社能作より既存顧客向け画像データベース制作を受託する。
2019年7月～個人事業主として、本格始動取引契約書の和訳や新規取引開始時の書類作成代行、海外大口取引のコレポン対応、建築家エージェント業務、組織図へのアドバイス、スタッフフォロー、大口案件の進行、各種MTG立ち会い、営業方針立案支援、社長MTG、社内プロジェクトフォロー、ライティング／エディティング業務、HP制作ディレクション（要件定義から企画提案、キャスティング、ライティングなどを包括的に担当）、システム導入支援等を受託する。2025年4月より、「そのとき必要な伴走を。」をモットーに活動。
2020年12月～2025年12月、株式会社スズサン外部COOに就任（業務委託契約）
2025年6月より、土田酒造株式会社相談役に就任

<Background>

Birthplace/Upbringing: Born in Tottori, raised in Tokyo. Overseas Experience: Lived in Los Angeles, California from ages 8 to 12.Education: Graduated from Aoyama Gakuin University, College of Literature, Department of Psychology.
Relocated my base of living to Katashina Village, Gunma Prefecture (population: 3,800), in 2013 following my marriage and pregnancy. Mom of 3 boys (aged 2, 9, 11).

<Work Experience>

April 2005 – July 2008: Full-time Employee
Joined Reed Exhibitions Japan (now RX Japan) as a new graduate, primarily involved in supporting overseas exhibitors and international public relations for trade shows.
September 2008 – August 2010: Full-time Employee
Participated in various projects as a Sub-Planner/Assistant Director at t.c.k.w Co., Ltd., a design direction office.
August 2010 – June 2011: Full-time Employee
Joined L.S.P Co., Ltd. as a founding member. Engaged in marketing Swiss and German stationery and kitchen tools, managing operations for grouping companies and shareholders, and participating in various projects as an assistant for new client acquisition.
August 2011 – June 2015: Full-time Employee
At Nousaku Corporation, a Takaoka copperware casting manufacturer, handled head office, directly managed stores, and international operations fluidly and comprehensively. Duties included 5S activities in collaboration with the factory, secretarial work for the CEO, building internal information sharing systems, introducing role-sharing charts (precursor to organizational charts), managing the production of HPs and catalogs, launching the Tokyo office (including store management, staff recruitment, and training). Managed three stores as the Tokyo Area Manager.For international operations, oversaw the end-to-end process, from localizing all necessary materials into English to managing sales, PR, and relationship building, including international trade show participation. Managed original product development with overseas partners/designers and proactively planned international events.
July 2015 – Present: Self-Employed
Registered as a sole proprietor and contracted by Nousaku Corporation to create an image database for existing customers.
July 2019 – Present: Began working independently as a freelancer
Contracted for services including translation of transaction agreements, creation of documents for new business initiation, correspondence for major overseas transactions, architect agent services, advice on organizational charts, staff follow-up, progress management for major projects, attending various meetings, sales strategy planning support, CEO meetings, internal project follow-up, writing/editing services, HP production direction (comprehensively handling requirement definitions, project planning, casting, writing, etc.), and system implementation support.
December 2020 – December 2025: Appointed External COO of Suzusan Co., Ltd. (service contract agreement).
June 2025 – Present: Appointed Advisor to Tsuchida Sake Brewery Co., Ltd.
